DLT registration is now Mandatory

* DLT registration is mandatory for everyone who do sms business or send SMS for business purpose.
As per the TRAI guidelines issued on 19th July, 2018 DLT has been implemented by all the Operators (BSNL, Videocon, MTNL, Vodafone & Idea, Jio, Airtel) from 1st of June 2020. So now it is mandatory for all to register their Entity on DLT Platform and complete their Entity and Header (Sender ID) registration for pushing traffic on DLT.
Operator wise DLT Registration Procedure
We have all the Operators, but for DLT Registration, we recommend Videocon and Jio, as they are Fast and Free for our clients. You can get the Header Approved on at least one of them and then your SMS will not be impacted.

How many character per SMS ?
Normal SMS : SMS in English language is considered as normal SMS. 160 characters are allowed (including space) in first SMS. In case of more than one SMS 153 characters per SMS are allowed.
Unicode SMS : SMS in other than English language is considered as unicode SMS. 70 characters are allowed (including space) in first SMS. In case of more than one SMS 67 characters per SMS are allowed.
